CBH Bank expands Board of Directors with two new members

1618 is pleased to announce that CBH Group has appointed Simona Terranova and Sylvain Matthey-Junod to the Board of Directors of CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique.

A Swiss Audit Expert, Simona Terranova has built her expertise over 20 years including as a Director at PWC and as a Partner at Deloitte. Currently co-Founder of MT Finance, she advises FINMA-supervised financial entities on regulatory and operational matters.

Sylvain Matthey-Junod is a lawyer with extensive knowledge of the financial industry. Previously Head of Legal and Compliance at Pictet, Lombard Odier and Banque Syz, he brings more than 30 years of experience.

These appointments follow a strong period of growth and will contribute to strengthening the governance of the Group, which now counts eight Board members.
